Individual support + groups

  • Develop problem-solving skills to navigate barriers at school, home, & the community

  • Practice & implement healthy coping skills to regulate emotions in a variety of settings

  • Strengthen executive functioning skills such as organization, time management, and goal-setting

  • Create a support network of trusted professionals, mentors, and peers to maintain long-term emotional well-being and growth

Teens will learn how to:

What does this look like?

  • Individual sessions at the office or school

  • We start by building trust and rapport, then setting goals driven by the teen.

  • Sessions include engaging skill-building and education activities related to the goals.

  • Parents join the 12-week parent education course to learn how to support their teen’s development through neuroscience-based parenting.

  • Optional: 1 parent meeting per month to share updates at home and learn how to extend service goals into the home.

Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) and Children’s Long Term Support Waiver (CLTS)

The Family Room is a contracted provider state-wide through the Children’s Long Term Support Program (CLTS) and Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) in Eau Claire, Chippewa, Dunn, Pierce, and Buffalo Counties.

Both individual services + groups can be covered by county programs.

Private Pay

Sessions are $130 each. A commitment of at least five sessions (1 intake + 4 sessions) is recommended to build rapport, set goals, and begin making meaningful progress. This initial series allows time to establish trust, identify needs, and start implementing strategies that support lasting growth.

Sliding scale spots are available.
