Our teen groups are full of connection, co-regulation, & skill-building!

All groups are available through the Children’s Long-Term Support Waiver (CLTS) state-wide, Comprehensive Community Services in Eau Claire, Dunn, Chippewa, and Pierce counties, and self-pay.

Groups are open to youth who are currently in 7th-12th grade. Referrals and Registrations are due 2 weeks before the group start date to ensure there is time for an intake session.

Confident & Connected: Virtual Healthy Friendships Group

Confident & Connected is a Virtual Healthy Friendships Group designed for teens who attend school outside of the traditional school environment, including homeschool and virtual learning. Teens will build practical skills for initiating and maintaining conversations, managing social anxiety, repairing social missteps, and navigating healthy online interactions, all in a supportive, structured space focused on building real-world confidence and connection.

Thursdays between Oct 15-Nov 19

Mindfulness through Bead Art

This 4-session group combines simple mindfulness practices like judgment-free noticing and body awareness with the calming rhythm of bead and bedazzling art. Teens will practice frustration tolerance skills in real time while using “bedazzling” or bead embroidery as the mindfulness tool. Participants will leave the group with new, accessible tools to practice mindfulness at home. No sewing or crafting experience needed!

Mondays: Nov 2, 9, 16, & 30

COMING SOON: Raising Kids with Big, Baffling Behaviors: A Course for Caregivers

Developed by Robyn Gobbel, “Raising Kids with Big, Baffling Behaviors: A Course for Parents” helps parents, caregivers, and caring adults learn to understand and respond to the most baffling behaviors. While not mandatory for parents of youth enrolled in teen coaching, it is highly encouraged. Open to all parents, not just parents of youth enrolled in coaching! Currently a Raising Kids with Big, Baffling Behaviors Course Facilitator in Training. Join our newsletter for upcoming offerings!

Open to parents and caregivers with youth enrolled in the Children’s Long Term Support Waiver (CLTS) or Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) in Buffalo, Chippewa, Eau Claire, Dunn, and Pierce Counties. Adult CCS Participants are welcome!
