Services

Parent Coaching

Parents will learn how to:

  • Identify and address personal stress patterns that may be influencing your parenting

  • Connect your teen’s behavior to their nervous system response

  • Establish boundaries to create structures that represent your family values and support your teen’s development

  • Support your teen’s mental health and build resilience

  • Create a support network of professionals and natural supports for your family

Teen Social-Emotional Coaching

Teens will learn how to:

  • Develop problem-solving skills to navigate barriers at school, home, & the community

  • Practice & implement healthy coping skills to regulate emotions in a variety of settings

  • Strengthen executive functioning skills such as organization, time management, and goal-setting

  • Create a support network of trusted professionals, mentors, and peers to maintain long-term emotional well-being and growth

The Family Room is a contracted provider state-wide through the Children’s Long Term Support Program (CLTS) and Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) in Eau Claire, Chippewa, Dunn, Pierce, and Buffalo Counties.
